Warm and Fuzzy Drive: Bonus Round This Friday
This Friday, March 2nd, we're broadcasting live from the Bonus Round Warm and Fuzzy clothing drive from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Eureka Co-op, Fourth and B streets.
One of Chinn's main clothing sources is no longer able to support Betty's Blue Angels. With recent cold weather and rain, the organization is in desperate need of clean, gently-used jeans, sweatshirts, fleece clothing, sweaters, socks, long underwear, and more.
According to her Facebook page:
Betty is in need of donations of gently-used FUNCTIONAL clothing….JEANS, SWEATSHIRTS, FLEECE SHIRTS AND JACKETS, SWEATERS, WARMJACKETS, LONG UNDERWEAR, TEE-SHIRTS, SOCKS AND UNDERWEAR. PLEASE do NOT donate dress clothes or nice quality work clothes….we really can only use functional clothing that people can wear outdoors in the cold.
