Have You Seen This Guy?

According to a press release from the Eureka Police department, the City of Eureka has been plagued with a series of six armed robberies beginning on 3-25-10 at the Radio Shack in Eureka. On 4-6-10, the city suffered two more armed robberies. One was at the Madsen Reality office and the other at the Bank of America in Henderson Center.

EPD Investigators believe that all five robberies were committed by the same suspect based on method of operation, witness descriptions and other details. EPD Investigators have developed probable cause that the suspect in the Madsen Realty robberies and Bank of America robbery were committed by 25 years old Ezra Williams.

The city was again struck by an armed robber on 4-8-10 at about 0230 hours at the Off Broadway bar.  The suspect pointed a gun at a female employee and tied her up. A male witness was also in the bar. The suspect did not try to disguise himself during this robbery.  Witnesses have also identified Williams as the suspect.

Citizens should be warned that Williams has stated he will not go to jail and will “go out gangster style” and he is armed with a handgun.
